    1. So I ve given this the benefit of the doubt by giving it two stars In my former life as a prolific reader I would have finished this book at all costs and no doubt given a thoughtful review of its content and style Currently, however, I am a mother of a toddler and two others and value any and all free time, so refuse to spend longer than necessary on anything I am not truly enjoying Sorry Tim I wanted to like it but just didn t have the patience

    2. Sadly, DNF and I HATE leaving a book unread once I ve started I just couldn t get used to the writing style Like another reviewer said, I m a parent of two little ones and I wanted something a bit easier to read at the end of a long day Maybe in my previous life as a single, carefree 20 year old with no ties or obligations after work, this book would have worked for me But not at the moment sadly Love the premise though, just not the execution.
