    1. The last chapter made me unexplained mad I toughed out the entire book which was slow and didn t exactly have anything exciting about it to find out what was special about the building, why the events had unfolded as it was to make Roan so confused and Ari s part in it all just for the story to unfold as it did I usually love self sacrifice stories and fantasy is a favorite genre but this one just didn t work for me I didn t hate or like Ari throughout the story but by the end I absolutely hated [...]

    2. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book3.5 stars rounded up This book was certainly different than anything I ve read recently Although there were certainly times when I wanted Ari to stop hinting at the past and just get to it already, but I did love seeing the relationship between Roan and Ari view spoiler especially once I knew what Roan s past actually was hide spoiler I did think the building was so interesting, there is certainly room for another story or two just based [...]

    3. First of all, this book was dragged on too long while nothing important happened, except for Roan and Ari having lots of inane conversations and sex Then, the shocking, revolting revelation climax about Ari who had tried to put a bridle on Roan the unicorn four years ago, who had done nothing during those four years when people were forgetting their past, who only tried to find the bridle just because his grandma was dying and he d inconvenience his sister if grandma didn t get her memories back [...]

    4. This book kept me guessing until the very end.Ari s story was so tragic, and I can t imagine how I would turn out if I had spent my life believing that I was magically destined to be unlucky His history certainly made his actions understandable, but no matter the happiness he experiences otherwise, he will always have to live with the consequences wiping for years of people s lives away.Roan was interesting in that he was the perfect blending of what you d typically expect from a unicorn and som [...]
