    1. Jack Regan captured me from the get go with his young adult fantasy T Aragam, which is aimed at the tween age group 9 13 What was it that captured me and made me want to keep turning the pages A cheese obsessed medgekin, named Gramkin Truly I am a cheese lover, and couldn t resist phrases such as I have a high cheese requirement and In the name of Gouda T Aragam opens with the medgekin, Gramkin, running through the woods toward Ransome Hall on an important mission to obtain cheese to supply for [...]

    2. I am thoroughly entranced by this book It s fantasy with wizards, phantors and equuraptors part horse, part dragon, and few are alive who ve seen them in person It s also got a good comedic side to it with monster brother Doom and Gloom who are afraid of everything, including birds and boys, and Doom is particularly put off by the lack of tea time and unsanitary conditions of the dungeon There s adventure, the battle of good and evil, and 13 year old Max must decide between doing what is right, [...]

    3. After laboring through chapter 1, the next ones gave me a surprisingly good read What a big relief For a short while I thought it was going to be another one of those free but ho hum read But T aragam got me hooked the moment the ground shook From then on, things kept happening fast and moving downhill for our 13 year old hero Max Ransome Among the many memorable characters that join Max in his power struggle is a cheese crazy medgekin named Gramkin, monster brothers yeah, they are literally mon [...]

    4. Normally most of the books I read are for the Young Adult set and older, but when Jack W Regan contacted me about reading and reviewing his book I couldn t pass it up since I enjoy fantasy so much And let me tell you, this book was great fun, and I wish it had been around when I was the target audience age for it.As you can see from the synopsis, there are some great characters with funny names, but even importantly, T aragam is a well written story that grabs you from the beginning Regan has d [...]

    6. I ve been really interested to read this book since I first saw it on I was not disappointed when I received a copy and started to dig into the book The world Jack creates is a definite fantasy, full of evil villains, monsters both humorous and deadly, and a hero that is still unsure of himself at the age of thirteen.Max Ransome is not your typical hero he doesn t have inhuman strength, terrible cunning, or the training to really be one But, with some good luck, a want to keep living, and the ne [...]

    7. Jack Regan has done a bang up job in creating a new fantasy realm that will make you alternatively laugh and shudder Filled with rich imagery, T Aragam will delight the most discerning reader The story revolves around 13 year old Max Ransome, son of Lord Ransome, hero and unifying force behind a peaceful T Aragam After Lord Ransome is tragically murdered, Max and a surprising cast of traveling companions are thrust into a whirlwind attempt to stave of the advances of the Dark Wood and reunite T [...]

    8. OK, I read this because the author is KDL s own Craig Hart, but I really enjoyed it Fast moving adventure for young teens, but sophisticated enough to hold my attention Likeable characters Dresden and Gloom are two of my favorites Satisfying book, I am looking forward to the next in the series.

    9. I enjoyed this book, it was an easy and fun read 13 year old Max Ransome, son of Lord Ransome finds himself on a great adventure to save T Aragam from the evils trying to take over.
