    1. Eh Fairly decent book, although bland It ended very abruptly just as it was getting pretty good Disappointing.

    2. Decent ReadThis is an ok read There s romance and some knowledge about child protective services There s nothing suspenseful or keeping you off your seat It s a cute story about a girl living in a city, starting a new job and trying to find out what kind of relationships she wants in life Read this if you want a cute Romance to think about.

    3. Ended too soonthis was a quick easy to read book I loved the interaction between Lily and Michael the story was predictable but no less enjoyable.

    4. A sweet romanceLoved this sweet romance The storyline had plenty of interest, there were many interesting side characters and storylines, just the right amount.

    5. D A G meets SheriffThis book got a 5 star because it kept my interest through the whole book and read it in less then 8 hrs.Lily was new to this courthouse she will be working out of She meets Michael who is the sheriff in the court room While they re talking Lily explains to him that she needs apartment before the end of the month which just so happens him and his brothers own a brownstone building that they re redoing They offer her the bottom apartment with a beautiful garden patio Lily also [...]

    6. I found myself skimming through most of this book Maybe it is because I am not particularly interested in all the court jargon and legal talk that was happening in the book But also because I found the romance in this book severely lacking I did not feel the connection between the main characters, Michael and Lily, and felt that their relationship had no spark, at least that I saw Several characters of the book would point out the way Michael could not take his eyes off of Lily and how they coul [...]

    7. Lily works as an attorney for child and family services in New Jersey as a prosecutor, working within the law to try and protect children in tough situations She s new to the area but can t help but notice court room sheriff Michael Michael couldn t help but notice and be intrigued by the new attorney, a beautiful young and accomplished woman Except Lily is in a long term, long distance relationship even if she s not entirely happy As she works to make herself at home in her new job and new city [...]

    8. Love always wins in th end.Love always wins in th end.I gave this book 5 stars as I enjoyed every page and could not put it down Even when I wasn t reading, I was going over it in my thoughts Once in a while you stumble onto a really good read from an author that is new to you There was no bad language, sex or violence, yet you are totally invested in this read How refreshing to find a warm and cosy feeling the whole way throughout this book Michael and Lilly were believable chara ters, as well [...]

    9. CleanI really appreciate an author who can write a very romantic book, and great story line and keep it clean Not everyone wants to read a raunchy ,explicit dirty book I loved this one It was very intriguing and romantic and sweet, yet it stayed clean and appropriate Thank you Deborah Nolan

    10. Lily, a worker for a child protection agency, thought she knew where her life was going until a new job, a new apartment and a new man in her life Suddenly Lily is an appropriate title, since Lily discovers things about herself The story includes information about her acquaintances and also the case she is involved with The story is somewhat predictable.

    11. 2.5 starsThis is an ok read There s romance and some knowledge about child protective services There s nothing suspenseful or keeping you off your seat It s a cute story about a girl living in a city, starting a new job and trying to find out what kind of relationships she wants in life Read this if you want a cute Romance to think about.

    12. Unsure Slow startLegal setting, career oriented attractive woman trying to stay out of troubleI started reading this, put it down and forgot about it There was nothing to draw me in to complete it I borrowed it from Kindle Unlimited and am not sure if I ll try to go back and finish it I ve finished two other books since I surely wouldn t pay to read it.

    13. Cute story, poor writingWhile the characters are pleasant and the reader wants the best for them, the story is dull and the writing style makes me feel like I m reading something from a high school creative writing class instead of a real novel.

    14. this was a light read but I liked it as it was easily readable the ending was abrubt but other then thay I give it kudos it had some info about cps which was an interesting perspective since im a foster parent over all it was a nice and sweet love story with a conclusive but abrubt ending

    15. I wasted my free book again but it wasn t too over the top I couldn t tell it was romance from the sample and it never got icky Just a quick and predictable book.

    16. Good readI enjoyed this easy read Good characters enough detail ,not heavy Made for an enjoyable afternoon I would read something else by this author.

    17. Pretty good overallthis was a sweet story all in all fairly predictable, but most stories like this are the ending was a bit abrupt I thought.

    18. Quick easy read Wish it was longer because I felt like just when it really started to get good, it ended But still enjoyed the book.

    19. fA good love story. The story line is simple but about good people doing their job and finding love A great book to read at bedtime.

    20. Seriously this took me so long to finish It was slow paced and dragged out As soon as it was getting interesting it ended There was no real spark between the characters in love.

    21. This sweet romance was enjoyable and an easy read I am looking forward to readying another book by Deborah.
